Fresh off the independently released MNOCORE EP in July. The Northern Rivers based artist flexes his dance floor chops with a pair of 4/4 heaters on ‘Cloudland’.

The record marks his second release with the label having teamed up with Gabagool for ‘Aperitif EP’ in 2020.

The title track is simple but effective. Layla uses an array of hard hitting percussion mixed with an evocative bassline and lush pad work to supply a nightclub ready tune.

The B-Side ‘The Worm Groove’ leans toward more of a breakbeat sound whilst still remaining firmly in the House music camp with stilted high hats and an omnipresent drum sample.
